Capital to Coast is run on a not-for-profit basis, with ticket pricing calculated to cover the direct costs of delivering the event.
Entry fees include a discount for members of the Australian Ultra Runners Association (AURA) or the YMCA of Canberra Runners Club (YCRC). AURA members will receive a discount for solo entries only. YCRC members will receive a discount on solo and team entries.
Members will be required to include their membership number at the time of registration. Where a team entry is made, the YCRC members will have the cost of their team entry reduced by $10 for each team entrant who is a member. Therefore the scale of the discount dependent upon the number of YCRC members in the team.
An early-bird rate is available for all entries received through the online entry system prior to midnight (AEST) on Sunday 30 June 2019. All early-bird entries receive an event T-shirt at no cost.
All standard entries close at midnight (AEST) on Friday 16 August 2019, to allow time for event setup and bib printing.

Dinner – an event dinner will be held on Saturday evening at the Catalina Country Club in Batemans Bay at a cost of $40 per head. Attendance at the dinner can be selected at the time of registration, including additional places for support crew or family members.
T-shirt – an event shirt can be purchased at a cost of $35 per unit, dependent upon stock being available. Note that early-bird entries receive a shirt at no cost as part of their entry. Shirts can be purchased during the registration process and will be available for collection at the time of bib collection.
Buff – an event buff can be purchased at a cost of $15 per unit. Buffs can be purchased during the registration process and will be available for collection at the time of bib collection.
